Our 15th Century Manor House, is the ideal location for a true re-balancing for those with hectic lifestyles, occupations or to just re-gain some life balance.

We offer day retreats and 2 day (1 overnight) retreats. Stay in one of our luxuriously appointed rooms with en-suite bathrooms and private lounge.
​
Meals are prepared freshly from locally source produce and are planned in accordance with your nutritional requirements. A typical 2 night stay involves hard exercise, mindfulness, life coaching and relaxation. Choose to enjoy a sumptuous massage or pamper yourself with beauty programmes including hair, nails and make-up.

A typical day stress reduction retreat consists of:
- Arrival by 8am greeted with nutritious breakfast
- 8.30 am M-BALANCE yoga
- 9.30am Garden walk to refresh
- 10.00 am Nutrition "You really are what you eat"
- 11.30am Mindfulness
- 12 - 1pm Relax and access to swimming pool, hot-tub and tennis court facilities
- 1.00pm Lunch served poolside or in our dining room, followed by
- 2.00pm Fuel, Sleep, Illness
- 3-4.00pm Restful practice and breathing techniques for stress reduction
- 4-5.00pm Mindfulness and blessing
- 5.00pm Finish feeling rested and relaxed

- 8.30 am M-BALANCE yoga
- 9.30am Garden walk to refresh
- 10.00 am M-STRENGTH - weighted and body weight exercise
- 11.30am Relax and access to swimming pool, hot-tub and tennis court facilities
- 12.30pm Lunch served poolside or in our dining room, followed by
- 1.30pm M-BOOT - afternoon boot camp designed to make you sweat!
- 4.00pm Restful practice and breathing techniques for stress reduction
- 5.00pm Finish feeling invigorated
